By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through jl8888.vip (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the jl8888 Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. jl8888 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Access to and use of the jl8888 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

To access jl8888's full range of services, each Player must create one (1) individual account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address where applicable.

One Account Per Person: jl8888 permits only one account per person, household IP address, and payment method. The creation of multiple accounts — whether to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jl8888 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security practices. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawal requests, or upon jl8888's reasonable request.

Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include but are not limited to:

jl8888 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification. Providing false, forged, or misleading identity documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

All deposits to your jl8888 account wallet are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl8888 supports deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay-connected bank accounts.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. jl8888 does not charge fees on incoming deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jl8888 bears no responsibility.

Players may request withdrawal of funds from their jl8888 real-money wallet subject to the following conditions:

Sports betting on jl8888 — covering events including but not limited to PBA, NBA, Premier League, UFC, boxing, and other markets — is governed by both these Terms and the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

Key sports betting provisions include:

• Odds: All odds offered by jl8888 are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed constitute the final applicable odds.
• Bet Acceptance: jl8888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on grounds including but not limited to: suspected manipulation, technical error, obvious pricing error, or regulatory requirements.
• Event Cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion of the minimum required play period, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned, unless jl8888's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted at jl8888's discretion. Once confirmed, in-play bets cannot be cancelled by the Player.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using the jl8888 Platform:

• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC processes;
• Creating or operating more than one jl8888 account for any purpose;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in any manner;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform;

All content on the jl8888 Platform — including but not limited to the jl8888 brand name, logo, software, game content, graphics, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl8888 or is used under licence from its respective owners. All rights reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property right and does not authorise you to reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

jl8888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of winnings (beyond those directly caused by a verified technical error on jl8888's part), loss of data, loss of revenue, or any losses arising from:

• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Interruptions to your internet connection or mobile data service;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials;
• Reliance on any information displayed on the Platform that is later found to contain a typographical or pricing error.

Nothing in these Terms limits jl8888's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are encouraged to contact jl8888 customer support via live chat or email in the first instance. jl8888 commits to responding to Player complaints within five (5) business days and to engaging in good-faith efforts to resolve disputes informally.

Formal Disputes: Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Players and jl8888 irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

jl8888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to Players via a notice posted prominently on the Platform's homepage and, where possible, via direct communication to the Player's registered contact information.

Continued use of the jl8888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.
